yeah one or two extra pairs in addition to the one that comes with the shoe are safe, put them in before putting in the actual insole of the shoe.

Just order some online? There’s nothing else u can do really except wearing thick soled shoes

you could use cardboard under the insole so its not completely uncomfortable
