Im high inhib asf and if i really have to i will take something but if its possible to be low inhib without anything it would be perfect

I guess I would suggest using exposure therapy dialed up to behavioral activation levels.

You would force repeated, deliberate confrontations with the exact situations that spike your inhib until the anxiety response fatigues and dulls. I highly recommend that you don't jump straight to cold-approaching strangers if you're even a pussy just making eye contact in a store

Start small, like holding eye contact with cashiers/servers for 2-3 seconds longer than feels natural, and other things you would feel as if are similar to that. That would be tier 1.

Tier 2 would be just giving unsolicited compliments to random people or asking strangers for directions/time even when you know it.

Tier 3 would be putting your balls on the table, at...

why would you be low inhib if people treats you well?. Only if youre an incel youre high inhib, no reason to be high inhib if youre attractive.
