I’ve done so much research into NL folds. Honestly I wouldn’t go fat grafts. Filler could work ONLY if you go to a good injector and can afford to frequently dissolve and replace. Paranasal implants aren’t bad but good fucking luck finding a doctor to do custom ones for you
