Theres no way to fraud upper maxilla, let alone the maxilla in general. If your upper maxilla is bad, there is truly no way to fix it, since it any surgery would be too invasive. For instance, lefort 3 can change this, however unless you are a deformed subhuman you cannot legally get it in most parts of the world, and even the surgeons that do it can fuck it up

Recessed infra and recessed upper maxilla is not the same, i thought you were talkiong about upper maxilla, which includes orbitomaxillary angles. Recessed infraorbitals can be fixed with infraorbital implants but if its not too severe you can get fat graft
