Try doing in between 3/4s and side to fraud forward growth. I used to do this.

breath out all ur air then breathe out in ur mouth without inhaling (ur mouth closes and dont breathe thru ur nose either) and then turn ur head to the side, it creates the illusion of a way better jawline and ur SCM pops out way more

yeah but like long term ur infraorbitals tilt head slightly upward to lit ur midface and develop better head and tongue posture, and for ur soft jaw micro jut just a subtle push for better chin project and sharpen ur mandible angle, and ur libs part lips very slughtly micro not like a duck face avoid compressinf your lips.
