This question seems stupid but no i dont mean recessed infras or eyebags what i mean by this is when there a clear red/pink tint in the underskin.commonly caused by more visble blood vessels due to think skin.The best example of this is probably ezra miller

The best sollution seems like some kind of makeup but whoch would be best? Would it be some kind of blush or maybe a red eyeshadow? What do you think is best

use a tinted moisturizer or light coverage foundation to even out the skin tone then use concealer to cover up redness and discolorations. follow it with powder to set your makeup and make sure you're blending well so there are no harsh lines between products. also consider using color correcting under your eyes, but this should be done carefully as too much can look cakey
