Bros, i can't sleep please give me tips
I know :
-You need min 8hours sleep
-Don't look at blue screen (blue light is like "morning light" whereas orange light is like "night light" so your brain can easily sleep)
-Not stress

If someone can add tips to this list please

When you close your eyes, try to imagine a dot & try to concentrate on it as long as you can.
