when i sit down(somehow) my attention span is pretty good compared to a average student but I CANT FUCKING GET UP AND SIT DOWN TO STUDYYYYY
no matter what i do i CANT get up, pc and phone looking like prime brooke shields to me when i need to study how can i fix this??

study 25 mins just like locked in and whatever then take a 5 min break do it again. be disciplined its gonna be hard first but you then get used to it. or if 25 mins is too much do 15

Take meds I also have been trying to just sit down and study failed uni twice. On top of not being able to sit down and study my attention span is meme tier I can't even watch whole reels jfl
