i didnt care about my appearance on my previous job because i was a senior partner, but it's kinda different now. for context, i've been drinking and eating so much for 2+ years that i'm 30+ kg overweight and my face is so red and bloated that it's obvious i'm a gluttonous alcoholic. and that's not how you want people you want to work with to perceive you, because gluttony and lack of discipline translate to work too.

If you want to lose 10kg in one week just literally just count calories and eat high volume.

I ate like 700 calories a day for like 1.5 weeks and lost 5kg. Thats was also when I didn’t have much muscle though.

i'd be fine with fixing my face undertones/puffiness, but i'd have to not drink until that. not feasible. fuck.

it won't even matter in the end because i'm too qualified and have a god tier rep in my field, but i can't deny walking around in this state is just embarrassing
