How can i gain more bones at 14? i dont have access to pep or any roids. and can the gym help with bonemass and if so how can i use it to gain bone mass?:hnghn:

Mirin but alot of what u said is minimal effects
 
Increase your calcium intake from milk or supplements. Average intake is about 1000mg a day per person. Additionally increase your collagen peptides intake to supplement your joint health and support bone mineral density. You can also take in vitamin d3 to increase test support and immune system.
