If you're asking without surgery best dimo indicators would be ofc being muscular (Dimo indicators in males all proxy towards strength along with muscle so it's not cope, also men who are muscular are just chosen more for sex by women despite face from a paper I read) also try not skipping shoulders ever, having a wider neck if narrow than your byzygo width, training masseters, it might work considering it could make up somewhat for a narrow jaw, tanning (Read that darker skin is positively associated with masculinity from a paper doesnt mean jet black or black is dimo just means being to pale is failo when it comes to dimo regards), growing a beard (Its dimorphic but also very useful for you if you have a narrow jaw), being lean (Biggest thing ngl), being hairy (I heard it was also a feature associated with dimo, it would make sense but I would check on it since I didn't read to much abt it), attaining a deeper voice ( it's a factor you can't ignore since people subconsciously judge you as higher social status with a deeper voice which is also dimorphic ). I got the same problems but a big nose jus get jaw implants for the narrow jaw or train massagers and for eye area grow out ur brows for the lips shi idk besides filler but I don’t approve of filler
