I lack in this area and it infuriates me. Summer is coming and I need to look the best I can

Assuming you're actually struggling to put size on your forearms, look at the size of your dominant muscle groups relative to your forearms, typically if they're small while you're actively trying to work them out you more than likely have pretty bad insertions (LDAR), genetics play a pretty big part when it comes to forearms unfortunately, a lot like calves
do behind the back wrist curls till failure at the end of each workout, should be enough.

the thing is my forearms are strong and I can lift over 140 kg with them but they are still lacking behind

In that @Jesus_ist_König thread? Those weren’t bad advice, some things are simple to fix (the Ockham razor).
