How to gain weight and muscle mass from a very lean starting point.

Hello everyone, got a few questions.
I'm 5'11, 130lbs, BMI 17.5.
I'd like to grow in size but using a calculator It was recommended that I be eating around 3500 calories a day to grow, and I really just can't eat that much food. My best days I can hit around 2800cal. Somebody put me onto some appetite enhancer peptides or something idk
I don't go to the gym, but plan to start soon and am really just unsure of the process to get the results I want. Pics for reference.
Any threads or reading material suggestions to help me out?

I have the exact same problem. But I've solved it ocassionally by just bulking, as long as you are lifting heavy you will stay pretty muscular as your weight grows. However, the second you stop bulking you lose the weight just as fast. If you really need to go up in weight and can't just stay lean, then test probably.

Great potential, hop on test c 200 mg weekly which is a low dose

Test will make you hungrier but if it doesn't take mirtazapine at low doses ( 30 mg daily )

aint 30mg a regular dose
