How to gain weight at 15 ?

I'm 1m83 and i weight 59kg, i eat has much as i can but i still have the same body. Can someone tell me how to gain weight, i will do a cut after

If you eat more calories than your maintenance you WILL gain weight, if you struggle with appetite take mk677

js eat above maintenance, if you say you do but aren't gaining weight ur js coping. Make sure you do a lean bulk tho, if you js eat slop for the sake of calories you'll end up regretting it.
 
I would suggest fewer calories just so u dont gain more fat than muscle, to calculate ur daily maintenance ask chat gpt or sum and eat about 500 cals above ur maintenance

definitely eat plants, they give all essential proteins you just need to rotate them to get all nutrients. And use cronometer to not be deficient in anything. I can guide you i will be free on weekend though. Also eat lentils and oats, best if presoaked like 6 to 24 hours. Also don't focus on nuts, eat peanut butter. Nuts absorb so poorly they make you lose weight. From my experience and cronometer use, eggs, lentils, milk, oats, barley groats, frozen fruit mixes, enriched brans, beans are goated, you could probably even survive with only them probably but with k2 d3 omega 3 supplement and maybe b complex to be safe, those prolly cover all minerals though. Some other goats are cheese rabbit and chicken meat , hearts, liver(once a week), cinnamon and or cocoa powder for manganese and copper. Green fruits are cool you can see talon fitness tier list on them but don't listen to this guy he helps old people lose weight so be cautious but yeah his nutrients shit it top tier probably although I'm not that informed to judge. Ur weight is good and optimal, but if u want to gain weight then simply eat natural animal products and full fat milk. Focus on eating meat

Also non alpha foods are good, soy products, pasteurized milk, nut and oat milk products. Just dont buy in starbucks, dont buy insta meals, stuff thst has long label, certain fast foods, sweets. Eating healthy is tasty already. Also eating some straight up bullshit without taste is kinda tough, like those lentils and groats i listed before, just eat stuff that was on earth before 1900's. Dont eat raw meat unless you want to feed some hungry parasites. Just be cautious of mainstream media that tells you this one bullshit is worst while this one is good. Even fruits and veggies in excess are bad for you(to lesser degree than excess of candies but still). Just see what bodybuilders eat but add some nutrient dense shit because you eat less than bodybuilder and you have basically the same vitamins and minerals needs. Take care you already tall or at least average anywhere in world except CEO's meetings or sport based colleges in developed countries or random Iceland street. In those you are probably below average or dead average.
