How to gain weight

right now I weigh 62kg at 15, and j don’t want to be really skinny, how can i grow some weight healthy. I am eating a lot trying my best at least, but no matter what i try i can’t gain any more, i even lose some weight after i eat

Keep lifting heavier each time. Keep eating lots of protein so chicken eggs ETC.

i get it, but what about fast food or junk food etc. or do have to eat only chicken and eggs

You said you wanted to gain weight healthy so i just gave healthy food options with lots of protein. Also eating carbs before gym is very optimal for muscle growth

350 test, 8iu HGH, arimidex .25mg EO3.5D/ titrate up if needed. Aromasin is better but idk the dosing 👍.

Track your marcos, put your info into calorie calculator and eat 250-300 above ur maintenance aim for 1.2g of protein per kg and high carbs for workouts, fats should be around 100g. If you track what you eat and lift consistently you’ll gain weight and most of will be muscle not fat. Get creatine, adds weight and strength best supplement with no downsides

Track calories, eat a shit ton of fatty meats eggs and complex carbs with higher cals. You generally want to avoid junk food. If you genuinely cannot gain after tracking cals for a few months then get a thyroid panel
