My jaw is wide with relatively high gonial, actually one side is wider than my zygo, it's all good, but it means that i lack zygos width something like this
Comparision

more like this, I got pretty much same bone structure as zygoless version of this guy

Me bone structure tbh

I hope all clear, didn't use ps for like 2 years now lol
Fillers, implants or nothing can be changed about it?

Filler help but temporary.
Go for it if you are a cheapcel

Yes.

Filler can be injected along the zygomatic arch to help add some bizygomatic width to the face.

Ideally, as a male, you want the ratio of your bizygomatic width and bigonial width to be ratio of 1:1. (Essentially, the cheekbone and the corner of the jaw are parallel).

The process has to be repeated typically every 12 months.

Cheek implants can be also be considered if significant projection is needed, either with submalar or malar shell implants. These implants are usually made up of silicone, and are quite soft. I think many people believe that the facial implants are hard and have the same texture of bone, but silicone facial implants are extremely soft, and have an almost 'jelly-like' texture to them. Many people believe that the surgical implant testers (which are usually made of plastic) is what is actually inserted into the body. It's not... They're just the model sizers.

1:1 doesn't look bad but I've commonly heard that the bigonial should be 90% of the bizygomatic. Mine is 1:1 now but I think that 10% extra width to the cheeks is more aesthetic

So when someone touch your jaw he can tell that somethink is wrong?

how tf.. do you just knock on your cheekbones with your fist/knuckles? what's the method for this

Damn is there a guide or something.. don’t wanna break my shit lol
Just lightly tap ur cheekbones with a hammer man.

Don't go with cheek implants. Most results are garbage and most are placed UNDER the zygomatic arch leading to a potato face.

Got dayum. How long until you started to see improvements?
Like 5-7 months I can send u a photo If u want I dont really have a before though man.

Very strange that you dont even have a before picture. You never ever took pictures in your life, before bone smashing?!?

No not in the same angle and light.

how expensive are good implants?

I had radiesse injected all along the zygomas. It looks fake af. It looks like you have lumps of play dough on top of your zygomas instead of having bigger zygomas. Everything has to grow in proportion

And to what surgeon did you go to

Mabrie. BTW all of Mabries' before and after results are frauded af. When he took my before pics he had the blinds in his office closed, and when he took the after pics they were open, letting in lots of sunlight.
