As for getting crypto, it's really the same as the casino if you're over 18. You just make an account on an exchange, provide details then buy crypto with your preferred payment method.
Under 18 it's a bit trickier, but there are people who exchange for example PayPal to crypto, or you can ask your parents to make an account on an exchange.
Depositing crypto is easy, just copy the deposit address and send your coin to it, and the funds get credited within a few minutes.
Withdrawing works the same, just copy your wallet address, withdraw to that address, and you'll receive your coin.

No, that's kind of why stake is so big, it's a crypto casino. As far as I know they do have an option to buy crypto with card on their site, but that sends you to a third party provider. But it is probably more convenient to do it that way if you don't wanna mess around with crypto addresses, for the deposit at least.
You would have to find a different casino, from your country if you wanted solely card.
I checked this on my account, and it seems it is just the same providers you can use outside of stake, and you still need to go through kyc
