Preciate it manDont listen at others here are the primary forearm function in the most important others, if you want to prioritize forearms a lot do all of the functions, if you dont want to just do the exercises in order and stop whenever its too niche
ALSO USE STRAPS ON BACK EXERCISES
I will not include brachioradialis exercises in that list because it is an elbow flexor and it is trained in any type of curls, if you want to prioritize it, do a hammer curl or a pronated curl.
1) finger flexion (grip) you can do isometrics or use a gripper
2) wrist flexion do wrist curls either with a dumbell and a bench, a cable and a bench or do sam sulek curls
3) wrist extension, just take a dumbell and do it on a bench
4) finger extension, do isometrics or you can buy some niche equipement to train that function
5) wrist supination, supinate your wrist using a d handle and a cable while supported with a bench, this will also train biceps
6) wrist pronation, pronate your wrist using a d handle and a cable while supported with a bench
