Put ts shit on easy 1inch ofc you can train the sorrounded muscles but for short term this works and its not even weird to say that you want to correct your posture

Prob doesn’t work for anyone below 5’9 considering their posture tends to be as straight as a lamppost (including mine)View attachment 5048209

you always lose a little bit its logical since youre not standing full straight ofc you gain more then you lose but still lose some of your actual heightWhen you use lifts, you lose height?
Are you fucking retarded?
You need to fix:
Spinal decompression
Reducing APT (Anterior pelvic tilt)
Stable grounded posture
Stacked ribcage, no flare, above pelvis
Release fascia, and especially that Psoas muscle
Open up hip flexors, full ROM throughout your body
You literally are not reading what you're saying.you always lose a little bit its logical since youre not standing full straight ofc you gain more then you lose but still lose some of your actual height
