How to get a better eye area?

The first pic is my eyes relaxed, the second pic is my eyes with my lower eyelid lifted a little bit. My goal is to make my eyes natural resting position to make my eyelids rest tighter and kind of give me that alert squinted look without me actually squinting. I have been spamming orbicularis oculi exersices, will that help with tightening my eyelids to make my eyes look more squinted naturally?

Thank you. By eye exersices do you mean the ones that I listed? I have been training my orbicularis oculi by pulling the sides corners of my eyes and then squinting hardly

but dont think it works eye cuz area seems to depend on cheekbones and the brow ridge

I’m not overweight by any means I’m actually pretty lean but yea I could lose some fat for sure. But I’m curious as to how this will contribute to giving my eyes a more squinted look?

Dont do any stupid eye exercises none of it work. Rather, do steroids.
