How to get a better medial cantus?

The only good method seems like a medial cantoplasty but is there any other ways to maybe accentuate it a bit more and not necessarily change it

I know that obviously yoy cant permanty reshape the skin but it kinda seems like you could make it more striking maybe with longer lashes close to the medial cantus or something like that

Well the medial canthus doesn't have eyelashes near it, but yeah. Why are you concerned about your medial canthus? If you don't have multiple other good attributes to your eye area, a downturned medial canthus isn't going to look special at all

Yes there is i can see short lashes around it and its pretty good i thinkmaybe lacking some hooding and like eyecolor you can check on my profile if you want

Ok. So if your talking about “frauding” your medial canthus then use a eyeliner, literally the best option and might be the only one.
