How to get a bigger lower third?

Title. How does one get a lower third with more mass? My current one is alright just need it to be bigger. I’d ideally like to avoid jaw implants.

How to get longer ramus any surgeries for it?

Implants are temporary,is there something that can be permanent?

I dont know of any surgeries besides very weird bsso cuts

I read once that you can do chin wing but only bring down the ramus, without bringing forward the mandible or chin. That way the jaw angle isn't destroyed. I'm not sure though.

However this is much safer to just do with a jaw implant, which can lengthen the ramus.

Bsso, genio with downgraft and after u can try fillers don’t do chin wing

I have good chin and mandible length and jaw width,the only thing i need is slightly longer ramus,my gonial angle is good too.

What should I do which will preserve my gonial angle and jaw width and give me longer ramus?

Try first fillers on your jaw/gonial angle see how it is 2 ml each side will be enough
If u like the results go for peek gonial implant

It lengthens the ramus but the cost is worse shape of gonion. Thats how it looks like to me

Bsso and genio won’t improve your ramus, only if u have a overbite like u said
If everything else is fine just do fillers or implant on gonial
