I use a hair trimmer but Im 16 n I don't wanna use a razor cuz of ingrown hairs

Use a foil shaver first, then use a safety razor against the grain. Quickest and least irritable way to get a baby smooth shave.

Shave in both directions. Shave upwards, and downwards. If that doesnt work just laser them off or wax.
