How to get a deeper voice?

Deep voice is caused by thick vocal cords. Vocal cords are muscles. If you cause microtears in a muscle it will grow back stronger. Does this mean you can workout your vocal cords with screaming to get a deeper voice?

Corpse husband has really good voice because of acid reflux so there was a theory about gargling apple cider vinegar to get similiar results. I have never seen it work tho and too scared to test myself
