How to get a estradiol test

Does anyone know any good excuses to get a E2 test like faking symptoms? Because I’m skeptical about them giving it out since gps only give out estrogen tests to people in dire need so what do I say to ensure I get the test

Go to your local polyclinic and say some excuse for gyno tendency or water retention
