the time I've spent hunched over and looking down at my phone I feel has made my neck so fucking short. It isn't the thickness of my neck that's the problem it's the length. I've seen neck exercises on YouTube with millions of views, do they work or is it just cope? Is there anything else that can make my neck longer?

You body will use the HGH for other things..
