Basicly fix diet,
fix sleep
and do Heavy weight Sports such as weightlifting

–speak slower and try to speak a Bit deeper in general, but dont make it to obvious, otherwise you will be made fun of. U also cant get caught trying ths to try hard, its truly over if u get caught! So dont speak to Fast and try speeking slower without Making it weird or cringy and also try to speak a lil deeper in general!

–screaming, doesnt rlly Match with my last point, but if u scream often u will get a kinda deeper voice, all tho u can Sound Like a smoker or a Teen that has more Voice cracks then he can speak(lol) if u overdo it. I would recommend screaming in the morning Like in Ur car or in Ur Garden, or in general somewhere where Not to many ppl hear it. Also Go to Like discos and Partys every other Week, there u can scream the shit out of Ur loung
