How to get a slightly wet kinda heavy look for hair

This is exactly how i want my texture and how i want it to fall but with a different hairstyle.

Its less volume than the typical kennedy look. I specifically like the damnation one more than the vendetta one. (this is vendetta and re 4)

I wast standing in shower 15 min ago hair was just starting to get wet and i was like wtf i look so much like Leon in damnation (which i just watched) so now i want that hair back but dont know how to achieve it without looking grease

Problem is thats one with hold which wont work for curtains which move. I need something to just weigh the hair down and that makes it look less fluffy

yeah, I've been trying to hairproductmaxx for a minute but IDK what to use. it might take awhile to get that right formula.

Maybe try a shea moisture leave in conditioner? I started using it and it weighs down hair a bit and makes it less frizzy, no wet look though
