So I’ve been experimenting for the last 6 months, and I swear this works. It’s not bonesmashing, not filler, not tape. It’s a method I call Facial Lymphatic Compression (FLC).
Basically, your nose isn’t just bone and cartilage — it’s surrounded by lymphatic tissue that can get slightly inflamed from bad posture, poor drainage, and inflammation. The trick is to train your facial lymph system so it drains correctly, tightening the midface and subtly shrinking nose appearance.
Here’s the method:

The trick is to train your facial lymph system so it drains correctly, tightening the midface and subtly shrinking nose appearance.
Here’s the method:
- Morning Drain Routine (2 min):
- Run your fingers along the sides of your nose from bridge to nostrils.
- Gentle upward strokes only — 30 reps each side.
- Cold Pressure Hack:
- Hold an ice cube wrapped in tissue on the tip of your nose for 30 seconds.
- Reduces swelling and capillary dilation over time.
- Tongue Posture (Mew+ variant):
- Focus on posterior tongue contact — lifting the soft palate.
- It subtly lifts the midface and de-emphasizes the nose’s projection.
- Reduce Sodium + Alcohol:
- Both cause facial bloating, which makes your nose look bigger.
- Facial Steam Contrast (Optional):
- Alternate between warm steam (30s) and cold rinse (30s) for 3 cycles.
- Boosts circulation, promotes collagen tightening.
