if someone wanted to get only a taller ramus with a DIY filler, where should they inject it??

taking this image as a basis. a single injection just below the ramus bone? more injections to make it more "natural"?

No way since you’d have to descend the entire mandible.

there isn't much they can do about the ramus, most jaw surgeries elongated the mandible instead, since medical complications aren't caused by being down-grown on it's own.
