How to get a " trimax" for aesthetic reasons

So , if u are pretty familar with the path of oral and maxillofacial surgery . U know its highly unlikely to get a trimax / bimax solely for aesthetics . So how can I get or find a maxillofacial thats willing to do it for cosmetics
Iam pretty familair with go to turkey or italy answer
But I wannna know how do u actually do it ?

it's not "highly unlikely to get it" nigga ur acting like ur tryna get monobloc advancement or something. almost anyone can get it, if you would even remotely benefit from the surgery, you can do it. find a good surgeon and just plan with him, he will tell you if you need to do decompensation or whatever

Would love to see this in actual real life . I have tried multiple times . Yeah "in my country" not turkey or italy . But I just always seem like an alien or a lunatic when I try and explain that I need the bimax for cosmetic reasons

I need that possible credentials that may show that the surgeon will be doing my bimax for cosmetic reasons
