At this point in my physique, I really just need a wider bidelt, they are currently at 18.5 inches (they are not well progressed at all yet). When wearing a T-shirt my frame looks even smaller because I get bigger T-shirts since im 6'2. (I get bigger t-shirts cuz my legs are a bit longer proportionately to my torso, so I get a longer shirt to make it look proportionate) and since my shirt is bigger it drags down and makes my stomach region look wider hence making my frame look smaller.

If i just spam lat raises and shoulder press, 3 sets - 10 reps EOT, would that be effective to spot grow my bidelts?

How old?

Your bidelt being 18.5 inches is concerning because I'm 19 inches at 5'10.5 and my frame is narrow

Clavicles continue to grow into your 20s, you may see some extra width as you age, but you should be training exclusively delts. Do you have a thin or thick waist?
its like medium, i am high bf% rn tho, so it'll still get a bit smaller as i lose weight

Yes, you need to be wearing shirts that come around your waist tighter in order to not look like a framelet
yeah but finding a shirt which makes my torso look proportionate to my legs while also being tight on the waist is pretty hard

Yes, it's definitely hard, longer shirts are better for that kind of thing. But legs that appear longer can be an attractive trait as well.

yeah, so as of rn, if I just work on building my shoulder muscles, do u think that would have a decent effect on the way my frame looks through a shirt?

yes absolutely, look at roided out framelets, they look much better with larger delts than smaller because it increases your bidelt directly, even if it doesn't change your clavicle width

Yes, lat raises and shoulder press is fine. Don't overcomplicate it, what already works, works best.
