What are the best ways to increase my frame? My height is 195cm but im really skinny like neck shoulders etc. I weigh 70kg.
are there any ways to increase frame quickly?

im also on test cycle atp. Should i just keep on going to the gym and eat much protein to bulk up? Im just asking how bojack for example did increase his width
