How to get a x ray scan to know if my growth plates are still open or no

I am 5 feet 10 and 16 and my growth plates have probably closed cause I have started getting some light chest hairs

Would a wrist x ray be enough to know if my growth plates are closed or not? Or do I need a knee/ spine x ray too?
