To get there extremely quickly, if you're new to training, you'll need to use performance enhancing substances (roids & sarms). As a beginner you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time though, for a little bit.

Hanging leg raises are good because you can make them more challenging by holding the position. Ab wheel is good and will help you build a mind-muscle connection. Planks are good too. Some people don't like Russian twists as it trains the obliques, which are the side of your abs (not the 6 pack part). I think it looks fine though.
