The easiest way to reduce body fat is through a calorie deficit and high protein diet.

at leat 10-12% for good result. 8-9% is an ideal

Spoonfeed me pls, do i just not eat?
calorie deficit does not mean not eat it means eating less calories try 500 calories less than what you usually do (read packaging) and ab training does work just barely (makes it look slightly bigger and defined)

I cant calorie deficit as I am trying to gain weight I go to the gym already how can I lose fat and gain muscles in a calorie surplus? should I start eating alot of protein and just 50-60 over my maintenance? or thats just impossible

you cannot lose fat on a surplus, just eat at a slight bulk and then cut once your satisfied with your weight

if you do a clean diet with lots of protein around your maintenance, you could do a body recomp as you're gaining muscles

I do, but I've been eating less and seeing no results
track your calories on myfitnesspal and some cardio like walking, it takes time to lose fat

cardio is a joke (i have asthma)
i dont get cardio unless you are trying to fix your heart health. just watch watch netflix and eat 200kcal less than your bmr and lose weight whats the point of doing cardio and then eating 200 calorie deficit? is this a retarded opinion

outside of health, doing cardio on a cut allows you to eat more which will in turn make the cut more sustainable

but whats the difference between 'burning 2000 kcal and eating 1800' and 'burning 3000 and eating 2800'?

Cardio is ass just calorie deficit tbh and i just squirt lemon juice into my.mouth then drink aloe vera water all day
i think if you just calorie deficit you are not just losing fat you are losing some muscles too if you do cardio you burn fat forcing you to eat high calorie protein rich diet i maybe wrong tho cuz i aint no fucking nutritionist

You can in fact lose fat on a surplus. If the surplus is small and being used for muscle building, then fat loss may occur despite weight going up, but this is only really feasible in relatively untrained people who begin a solid training program with good nutrition, etc.

It’s not gonna be very quick and efficient though if fat loss is the goal.

As a general rule, a surplus almost always results in a gain of both muscle and fat, whilst a deficit causes the opposite. Resistance training helps improve the ratio of muscle:fat being gained or lost. Recomping should occur if eating around maintenance but it’s probably inefficient.
