if you want to use tretinoin you better go to dermatologist and ask them about it if you sure about tret use it with azeladic acid basic cleaner and good quality lotion also a lot of moisturez use the smallest % of tret after month u can use bigger apply a pee size at start i would not recomend it if you have aleric or weak skin
