i have pretty mid acne, like the girl on the left pic(also add some pimples)i use 20mg a day but i am irregular asf with it, and it already dries my lips and my skin. It also makes your hair be less greasy and i could even wash it once a week or less regular. It could give also give you anal fissure(JFL).
after 2 month i have no active pimples and acne but my skin is still red in some places, it will take several month to it begone

also get 10mg of biotin it helps with side effects, linked a study.
