his jaw looks strong because it is strong, not because he has an antegonial notch. in order to have a prominent antegonial notch your jaw has to be strong in the first place.

it's about the mass of the bone (and the downward growth which creates the antegonial notch). you can decide for yourself whether that bonemass is genetic or not, i'm not gonna debate you.
