I just think there cool and wondering how to maximise them

when at the gym switching from something like 3x10 to 2 to failure can cause them or just getting a lot of progress in very little time (comes with switching to high weight training for low reps cause of neuromuscular adaptation ) but also it can be down to genetics of A)how elastic your skin is the more elastic the less likely you are to get them and B) How fast your body puts on muscle and for the last part how long you have been going to the gym can effect it as well

tricep stretch marks you should get easily like on the bit on your back were it joins your armpit you should seen lines there if you are making good progress

I have some there

were do you specifically want them
cause if its bicep then you might need to grow chest as well cause that stretches the skin across the chest to the front part of them arm rn i can see my skin looks purpley break ish so i think im a see some slight ones soon
