Running really good for losing bloat I'd say run for 60 mins a day

you could try sleep deprivation and complete abstinence from food and drink until you reach The Final Manifold.
once the body transcends, weight will no longer become an issue.

when i say carbs im not talking about pasta dont eat pasta or rice, im talking bout vegetables, fruits or cereals like oatmeal

I find it really hard to sleep when cutting it's like I need loads of carbs to sleep and late night when I crave any things I can take for sleep

100-150 carb, the rest protein. With some day 0 carb when not hungry

Also no IIFYM

Just drink water. Abuse caffeine. And never buy more food than for today.

High protein, since it fills you up more and has more thermogenic component. Minimal carbs. Intermitent fasting for 12-16 hours. And workouts of course.

Low calories
 
Fast and use diuretics for fastest way but you will die if you aren't careful
Or just low cals mostly brotien and sport/cardio
