Im assuming you’re In High school. Better to be alone then have friends who constantly feel comfortable with disrespecting you.

Even in friend groups though they only roast the guys they feel they can get away with usually there’s definitely a reason if it’s happening as consistently as OP says it is

You have to socialize to the point you aren’t in your head and short circuiting all the time.

It’s because i’m 6’5, ugly and ethnic people usually have some weird type of inferiority complex towards me.

Its incredibly annoying how they view themselves as righteous sometimes because they feel like their standing up to a bully in their head when your just existing.

the two biggest things i can tell you right now are.

1. It’s not YOUR fault. It’s just the halo effect and society being incredibly fucked up luckily you can see this now and avoid developing patterns of self hate some people develop.

2. It’s mandatory you learn you how to fight and lift weights. People once they see they can disrespect you will be more brutal with it if you let them because disrespecting someone like you makes them feel powerful because they know subconsciously you should be able to kill them.

I’ll let you know right now as someone who trains mma as a heavyweight you can impose your will on these guys incredibly easy and you’ll feel stupid for not realizing this sooner.

if you build up your strength and learn basic fighting skills almost no one but other heavyweights who can fight near your size will be a actual threat. Aim to get to 240-250 somewhat lean.
