how to get better chin projection (no surgery) + bonesmashing age?? (i’m 14)

deadass been trying to improve my chin projection for a minute now but it’s still mid from the side. like no matter how much i mew or fix my posture or do try to optimize my hgh it still feels recessed. i’m ngl it’s not weak af but it’s not sharp or prominent either, just average and soft looking. it kills the profile especially when the rest of the face is semi-decent.

i don’t wanna do surgery or implants, maybe gyno idk, and i’m not tryna drop 5k+ and end up botched or look uncanny. i wanna max this naturally as much as possible. like if there’s something i can do daily or over time to push it forward even 1-2mm i’ll take it.

been looking into bonesmashing and ngl it sounds promising but also risky. some ppl say it works and others say it’s cope or it ruins your face long term. idk who to believe. the thing is, i’m 14. still growing and idk if that makes bonesmashing better or worse. if it does work, what’s the safest age to even start? i’m not tryna mess up my bone structure or stunt anything.

you guys on this forum are very worried about silly things
you are young, just have a good diet and good posture, your face should develop well
 
Try bonesmashing and jutting
 
you're fine, don't do anything and enjoy your youth
