- Get more sunlight in morning for better sleep at night
- Reduce artificial forms of lights and electronics that mess up your circadian rhythm
- Do some small exercise in morning and meditate for better sleep at night
- Go to sleep and wake up at same time each day. Early is better but most important part is consistency.
- Window from 10pm to 2am is very important for hormones
- Create a ritual before bed
- Get good fresh air in room
- Make your bedroom only for sleeping, no devices in room
- Cool temperature in body while warm hands and feet helps fall asleep
- Make sure its dark
