ye exactly thats why carbs are importing in a cut
if ur not eating allot or enough carbs in a cut u will lose musscle and fell tired
carbs are good only for energy as pre workout meal but during a cut protein is needed more
and protein also has a higher thermic effect than carbs so you'll burn fat while digesting them slowly

It’s called Test and GH. You will find it hard to put on a meaningful amount of body fat. And you get to eat shit that actually tastes good.

or just train in the best way. Hypertrophy comes more from stimuli than ur diet lol
this thread is about getting big and shredded
Consuming more than 2.0g of protein per kg is already useless when it comes to muscle. Protein isnt absorbed as well as ppl think.

carbs arent only importing for the pre meal u should even consume allot of carbs on rest days and yes proteins are importing but u only 1.6-1.8g protein per kg and more wont make any difference even if its small af and also yes protein has a higher thermic effect and will make u burn more calories but that wont also make allot of difference

1.2g per kg, not ironically, is already more than enough, especially since the ideal would be lean mass.
0,8g And at these levels, but obviously its only aimed at hypertrophy. Protein has several other functions that will require more quantity
