TLDR: stretching your mouth with a tool used by dentists(didn't try it because cba). It 100% works, since the entire tissue is really soft.Think of stomach walls expending except it's your face,just make sure to consume enough water and collagen.

Or as mentioned, go over to the sides with red lip chapstick (several reasons to use chapstick) been doing this for a long time and it works.
