get some metal grip trainers, use the 350 one and just start repping it out as hard as you can. You wont get even close to full range of motion at first but you'll start expanding and strengthening the bones in your wrist. just keep doing it consistently on each hand 20 times a day at max intensity

I'm still pretty young yes I know some receptors are more sensitive than others but I will more or less grow proportionally
