How to get bigger hands

I know this thread seems pretty gay but im 15 and 5 10 and I have 7 fucking inch hands, if I ever compare hands with my friends my hands look so fucking small and feminine its actually sad. I am hopping on 8 ius of hgh and titrating up to 12 as well as anastrozole and I have a bone age x ray and I was wondering if my hands could grow in length. here is an x-ray image:
