I just hit 16 two months ago and Im 176-179cm and I have a wing span of 187-190 but my dad is 178, im taller in the morning I think it has to do spinal decompression throughout the day anyways I think I measured my width from the shoulders it's not accurate tho it's 44-47cm so I don't wanna stay like this what to do alongside roids and hgh with AIs to get bigger
