How to get bimax covered by insurance?

Is there any way to convince them ?
 
have severe bite asymmetry and/or sleep apnea diagnosed

As i know in my country insurance covered bimax is often lowkey/average results, my bimax was not even 8000 euro , better do it by good surgeon not some random

There is only 1 surgeon in my country (grybauskas) hes pretty good as i heard, where are you from?
 
ok so you dont have much to choose from , i'm from poland we have here like 10-15 surgeons
Do you have to convice your surgeon to approve the insurance or how this thing works?

In my country you just need bite defect to do this , class II, class III , crossbite etc not sure how in other countries

Im from Lithuania, Shouldn't be different.
